Lynn Diamond Feiger leads the Employment Law Practice Group for Lohf Shaiman Jacobs Hyman & Feiger PC. Ms. Feiger has been practicing employment law for almost three decades. She tried the first sexual harassment case in the country and has successfully litigated numerous class actions and other complex employment cases. Ms. Feiger has been involved in obtaining a number of landmark decisions in Colorado courts on such issues as the enforcement of handbooks and the right of employees to oppose illegal actions by their employers. She has litigated a number of complex multi-plaintiff and class actions, including representing all the female employees at the Denver Mint. Ms. Feiger has trained many of the plaintiff employment lawyers in Colorado. She is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and is a fellow of the American Bar Associations College of Employment Lawyers and has served as chairman of the Board of the Colorado Plaintiffs Employment Lawyers Association for almost ten years. Ms. Feiger attended Brandeis University and the University of California at Los Angeles as a undergraduate, and graduated from the University of Southern California Law School in 1971.
