Jane Harm represents clients in business transactions, including choice of entity, entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, securities, including private offerings and compliance matters under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, corporate reorganizations, national and international licensing, general corporate counseling, corporate governance, equity incentive plans, and employment matters. Ms. Harms experience includes drafting legal documents, negotiating, advising, and counseling clients in a variety of legal matters encountered by business clients from one-person startups to multi-million dollar public corporations. The business clients Ms. Harm represents span all areas of commerce including consulting, manufacturing, professional practices, oil & gas, trucking, real estate development, high technology, agriculture, network marketing, consulting, and computer software. Ms. Harm was born and raised in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin. She earned a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a coaching endorsement in 1980. She taught and coached in Wisconsin for two years before moving to Colorado in 1982. After working as a corporate and securities paralegal for several years, she returned to school, receiving her J.D. from the University of Colorado in 1992. While at CU, Ms. Harm was co-president of the CU Business Law Association and a member of the Colorado Journal of International Environmental Law and Policy. Ms. Harm is a member of the American, Colorado, and Denver Bar associations, the Business Law Section, and the Law Practice Management Section. Ms.
