Moshe Luber is a shareholder of Lohf Shaiman Jacobs Hyman & Feiger PC. He has more than 32 years experience in counseling business clients regarding entity formation, business operations, mergers, acquisitions, and exit strategies.

Mr. Luber’s practice currently focuses in business, partnership and corporate tax matters, individual tax and retirement planning, ERISA and pension planning, and tax dispute resolution. He is also experienced in and provides guidance to clients regarding estate planning, probate and trust administration.

The results of wealth transfer between generations and asset protection may not be seen for many years. Mr. Luber’s clients trust his experience and perspective to analyze and plan for maximum flexibility, safety, and continuity and minimization of federal estate tax.

Mr. Luber holds B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Colorado, 1970 and 1973 respectively, and an LL.M. in taxation from the University of Denver, 1985.

Mr. Luber is licensed to practice before the Tenth Circuit of Appeals, United States Tax Court and U.S. District Court for Colorado. He is a member of the American, Colorado and Denver Bar Associations.
